What we make

You give us a name, an occasion and some memories. We use AI tools to write lyrics from them, which you can review and edit, and then to record an original song. Songs are created by AI from your input. They are not written or performed by human musicians.

Free preview and price

• Writing the lyrics and hearing a preview of the song is free.
• Unlocking the full song costs $24.99. The Deluxe package costs $39 and adds a second version of the song in a different style, recorded after payment. Any applicable sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout before you pay (one-time). Payment is processed by Stripe.
• Before paying you can re-record once for free with changed lyrics.

Fixes and refunds

If the song has a problem (for example a mispronounced name or a wrong lyric), email support@theirchorus.com within 7 days of purchase. We will re-record it, and if we can't fix it we'll refund you in full. Because the song is digital content delivered immediately and made for you personally, you agree when buying that it is delivered at once, and the statutory withdrawal period for digital content ends at that point where the law allows. This does not affect your right to a fix or refund above, or any other consumer rights you have by law.

How you may use the song

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to keep, play and share the song for personal, non-commercial purposes, including giving it as a gift and posting it on your personal social media. You may not sell it, use it in advertising, or release it on streaming services. AI-generated works may not be protected by copyright, so we don't promise exclusive ownership.

What you give us

• Only share information you have the right to share. Don't include sensitive details about others that they wouldn't want in a song.
• No hateful, harassing, sexual or illegal content, no requests to imitate real artists or existing songs. We may refuse or remove such songs.
• You must be 18 or older to buy.

AI labelling

Songs may carry invisible watermarks or metadata showing they are AI-generated. Please don't remove them, and don't present a song as a human performance or as a real artist.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the song concerned.
